Why don't you test armor at initial authorization? Don't you want to make sure the armor is built correctly at the beginning? Shouldn't armor be tested when built? Does this mean I can use substandard armor for the first two years, and then get armor that will pass? Admittedly this one really falls under the use common sense caveat, but it is a loop hole that is there in a literal reading of the rules. Luciano

Good question.  I am not sure that I have an answer to this, as this phrasing already exists in the current version of the rapier rules.

Should we look at this?  What do people feel is neccessary?
