April 7-9 you will have your chance to vie for the rapier championship of the Royal Hunting Preserve, the Shire of Shittimwoode! Sir Edward’s is also the date of the heavy, archery, and A & S championships, and Saturday evening boasts the traditional feast and dessert auction.
This event is well-attended, being an easy day-trip for anyone from Madrone to Lionsdale. For those who prefer to camp, the site has good drainage (no ankle-deep mud no matter how many April showers) and the possibility of indoor sleeping.
Come, spend a weekend fighting, shopping, and feasting with good friends at a beautiful site!
