The format for the QRC tournament is:
Double elimination tournament.
Double kills are double deaths, until semi-final rounds.
Non-destructive byes.
No case of rapiers.
First round will be a challenge round.
Kingdom list mistress will be taking email pre-reg for the tournament. She'll probably post something about it here soon.
The schedule, as I know it, and as usual subject to change, inspections will start at 9 am Sunday, Processional starting around 10 am, with the tournament to follow immediately after the processional.

Just so you're aware, the hotel is quite willing to do extended checkout times for people, as long as they ask at check in. You might let the rapier community know that this option is available to them, so they don't have to feel rushed to get out of their rooms when they'd rather be thinking about the tournament.
