Hello, I have a copy of the recent English translation of the Joachim Meyer fightbook (translated by Dr. Jeffery L. Forgeng). For those who do not know, it was written in 1570, and covers long sword, dusack, rapier, dagger, wrestling, quarterstaff, halberd, and pike. It has some interesting information in it. Unfortunately, I needed to go through Greenhill Books directly for my copies. So is this a different book from this one, which I gave as a Christmas present? http://www.amazon.com/Art-Combat-German-Martial-Treatise/dp/1403970920 I understand the arguments against buying from Amazon vs a smaller bookseller, but is there another reason to have it shipped from the UK? -William
